Born Aug. 1, 1959. In 1987 he graduated from Kyrgyz State University.

Boobekov Kachkynbay Djetibaevich

Born on 1 January 1937 in the Boroldoy village of Kemin district, Chui region. He began his career as a secretary of Kemin district court. Jamashev Zulumbek Jamashevich

Born February 15, 1924 in the Kara-Kul village of Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region.

Supataev Abdykasym

Born in 1912 in the Ichke-Bulun village of Jeti-Oguz district of Issyk-Kul region. He began his career in 1930, as the secretary of Jeti-Oguz district court, in 1933, was managing the affairs of Balykchi regional committee of Komsomol. Then, two years served as a Red Kyrgyz Cavalry Regiment. Born in 1911 in Orto-Alysh village of Alamudun district in 1955, graduated from the All-Union Institute of Law.

Kydyrbaeva Fatima Chapievna

Born in 1914 in the “On bir jylga” village, Chui district, finished 7-year school in Tokmok, two-year law school of the Republic, in 1933-1934 she studies in SACU in Tashkent, in 1945, graduated from the Law Institute in Moscow.
She started her career in 1931, as a secretary of the Nookat district Komsomol committee of Osh region. Then she worked as a secretary Chui regional people’s court, assistant prosecutor in Frunze, as a prosecutor of Voroshilov, Sverdlovsk districts of Frunze, as Assistant prosecutor of the Kyrgyz Republic, and in 1942 was elected to the position of Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Incidentally, she was the first woman - chairman of the Supreme Court in the history of the Kyrgyz court.
In 1947 Kydyrbaeva F.Ch. was nominated as Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Until the end of her life she has successfully worked as a lawyer in the city of Frunze.

Ordobaev Abdulda

Segizbaev Sanzhar Baktybaevich

Born in 1906 in a peasant family in Kazakhstan, an ethnic Kazakh.

Abdraimov Abdukadir

Born in 1905 in the Tashtak village, Jalal-Abad region. In 1920-1922 was brought up in an orphanage. Tzimdin Yan Alekseevich

Born April 26, 1894 in Balksk county of Latvia. In 1916-1918 he served as a private in Latvian Rifle Regiment. Aidarbek Imanaliev

Was a member of the Extraordinary Commission, a member of Pishpek county executive committee. In 1920-1921 was a member of the Karakol district revolutionary committee in the years. Born in 1898 in Balykchy district of Karakol County in a peasant family. He graduated from the primary village school.

Born in 1896 in the Den-Talaa village of Ton District, Issyk-Kul region. B 1916 graduated from Karakol 4-class school, university-elementary school. Born in July 1896 in Helsingborg, an ethnic Russian. In 1923 he graduated from the Law department of SAGU.
