SessionsSessions of the National Council on Justice Affairs are held on an as-needed basis. A session of the National Council on Justice Affairs is open and is competent if not less than two thirds of the total number of its members is present. Representatives of state bodies and public associations may be invited to the sessions. The members of the National Council and the invited representatives are notified about the time of the session of the National Council not later than 5 calendar days in advance.
