Expert-training commission

Main tasks of the Expert and training Commission of the Judicial Council:

1. reviews and prepares suggestions on implementation of measures aimed at protection of roghts and legal  interests of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2. reviews and prepares suggestions on implementation of coordination activities on practical implementation of judicial reform;

3. prepares materials on review, generalization and dissemination of work experience  of judicial self-governance bodies, develops proposals on improving of their activities;

4. develops conclusion on public examination of draft laws, other normative and non-normative acts relating to activities of courts and judges;

5. implements preliminary work on interaction with bodies of judicial community of other countries, international organizations and mass media;

6. makes preliminary review of issues of organization of training and qualification improvement of judges, court staff, civil servants of the Court Department of the Kyrgyz Republic;

7. reviews plans of training and qualification improvement for local court judges, court staff  members, public employees of the Court Department, makes conclusion on their approval and submits them for the Judicial Council’s  review and approval.

8. In the case of adverse determination of training plan, it is returned to the director of the Judicial Training Center for remedial action and provides timeline for this. After remedial action Expert and Training Commission submits training course schedules to the Judicial Council for review and approval;

9. In the case of improper performance of director of Judicial Training Center  the Commission makes a proposal to the Judicial Training Center about his dismissal.

10. Executes other activities under instruction of the Judicial Council.
