Disciplinary commission

The Disciplinary Commission of the Judicial Council has the following functions:

To review issues on disciplinary responsibility of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic;
To provide an opinion on conferring qualification classes to judges of the Kyrgyz Republic;
To perform other functions provided by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
