Budget commission

Budget Commission of the Judicial Council has following functions:

Reviews and prepares suggestions for the Judicial Council on issues of formation and execution of budget;
Reviews draft budgets submitted by the Court Department with indication of amount of funding of the Judicial Council, the National Council on Justice Affairs, Congress of Judges, the Court Department and its sub-divisions.;
Reviews proposals and collects draft budgets of local courts for following financial years developed by the Court Department with account of grounded comments and proposals of local court chairpersons;
Reviews proposals and collects draft proposals of respective budgets of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, Judicial Training Center for following financial years.;
Submits proposals to the Judicial Council and develops recommendations on improving of process of formation and execution of court budget;
Develops analytical data and projections on issues of formulation and execution of budget for near-term prospect and submits them to the Judicial Council;
Reviews issues of logistical and resource support to activities of the courts, the Court department and Judicial Training Center and submits them for the Judicial Council review;
Gives consideration to issues relating to labor conditions, material and social provision of judges, court staff, employees of the Court Department, makes suggestions on provision of housing paid for persons in need for the Judicial Council’s review;
Executes other authorities provided in legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Rules of the Judicial Council and Regulations on Budget Commission.
