The Judicial Council held its next regular sessions on April 29-30, 2009.

30.04.2009 The Judicial Council presented a report on the results of its activities during the first year of its work.
L.V. Gutnichenko, a Chair of the Judicial Council presented the report about the activities of the Judicial Council during the event with participation of the Chair of the Constitutional Court of the KR S.K. Sydykova, the Chair of the Supreme Court of the KR J.S. Alieva, Deputy Head of Legal Policy Department of the President’s Office of the KR U. M. Satarov, representatives of the government, the Judicial Training Center, the Court Department, international donor organizations and projects.

Meeting of the Working Group on developing Standards for court facilities, consisting of the most experienced chairs of rayon and oblast courts, as well as the representatives of the Judicial Council, the Supreme Court and the Court Department was held.

Ch.Sydykova, representatives of the Supreme court of the KR K.K. Aknazarova, A. N. Kudaibergenov and A. T. Jogoshtieva, as well as the members of the Judicial Council of the KR L.V. Gutnichenko, K. E. Esenkanov, M. M. Omorova, A. Sh. Kongaitiev, M. A. Osmonkulov, E. T. Baitikova, visited a number of European countries with an official visit.
